Return and Refund Policy:

• Full Refunds and Returns on retail will be accepted within 30 days of unused products.

• Any request for a refund, of any purchase of services not received, will be refunded within 48 hours of request for refund.

• Any request for a refund, of any purchase of services received, will be based on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery of purchases:

• All purchases of retail is available for curbside and in-store pickup only

• All purchases of services must be rendered in the salon.
